I am passionate about helping my clients define healthy boundaries, find healing, and grow relationships that create more fulfillment in their lives. Whether it be depression, anxiety, relational issues, addiction, divorce, separation, loss or grief, infidelity, infertility, men’s issues, performance issues, or family issues. My approach to therapy is informed by my professional and clinical expertise, as well as my own experience benefiting from therapy. Everyone faces their own unique challenges that bring them to therapy. I work with you to create an individualized treatment plan based on the needs of each person. Instead of applying you to a therapeutic modality, I work to ensure the correct modalities are used to help you meet your goals. My practice is private pay, and I am considered an out of network provider. This means my clients are provided with superbills at the end of the month that allows them to make a claim to be reimbursed through their insurance. Generally, only PPO insurance plans reimburse for out of network care. A superbill provides information to your insurance company regarding the type of service received, dates of service, and diagnosis. The details of your reimbursement will be determined by your plan with your insurance carrier. I also offer sliding scale rates based on income.
